What’s Personal Preservation?
Self Defense is not a term I like to use. This implies you are merely defending yourself and not necessarily preparing yourself properly to avoid, negate or stop the attack(s).
Our Personal Preservation course is designed to teach you how to protect yourself and others against attacks from either one or multiple attackers and ENDING the attack.
We do this by teaching you:
Situational Awareness
Behavioral Indicators
Conflict Avoidance
Negotiating restraints
Understanding Criminal Mindset
Use Of Force
and of course Physical Tactics and Techniques
Because we take this seriously, this is an 8-hour program not a one hour “self defense” course.
Minimum age for this course is 18, or if accompanied by an adult, 16.
Minimum class size of 10, max of 16 participants.

Note: If there are less than 6 participants signed up for any specific date (within one week of the class) the class will be rescheduled.
