Service Description

This course is accredited through the Minnesota Board of Fire Training and Education (MBFTE) This course is designed to address the security needs of the Ambulance crews, Firefighters, EMT's and other first responders. Through this course the first responder will learn about: Situational Awareness – Awareness levels, key areas to assess for security and prior preparation. Criminal Mindset – What is it? How do we recognize it and what does it mean to us? Use of Force – Legal statutes, types of force, levels of force, what you can do and not do. Reading Behavioral Indicators - These skills, combined with Situational and Domain Awareness will help you identify threats early. Defensive Tactics Skills - you will learn principles, fundamentals and tactics that will help you navigate numerous situations. This type of training is usually only seen by law enforcement and counter terrorism units. This is the foundation for you to begin your journey of personal defense on the job.
